DEI College offers online learning options in the form of distance and blended learning. The incorporation of new technologies in the learning process creates new opportunities for students that are unable to attend classes on a regular basis either because of their location (geographical constraints) or because of their professional responsibilities (professional constraints). Meanwhile, apart from the benefits of its flexible structure, learning with the use of new technologies also encourages cooperation, critical thinking and reflection. Our main instrument for online studies is the Cisco Webex platform which enables students to remotely attend classes in real time via video conference and share presentations, texts and applications, regardless of their location. Distance learning does not require the student’s physical presence in the classroom.
